Real Estate Sales Activity – June
On the whole the number of home sales are up significantly for 2010 over 2009. There are three significant reasons as to why.
- The government incentive for an $8,000 tax credit toward contracts of home purchases signed before April 30, 2010 and the closing to occur by June 30 2010.
- Mortgage rates continue to remain at all time lows.
- Consumer confidence has risen as belief that the economy is beginning to recover
